O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to take appropriate action against the fifth respondent for misappropriation and mismanagement of Kandadevi Panchayat and to disqualify the fifth respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2014.

2. It is common knowledge that the posts of President, Vice President, etc., are no more in existence and therefore, this Court is of the view that no further order is required in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infrucuous. No costs.
