The petitioner has filed this petition, under Section 439(i) (b) Cr.P.C., seeking modification of the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai, vide Order dated 12.01.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.43 of 2016.

2. On scrutiny, it is seen that the petitioner has not given proper and necessary particulars. Therefore, this criminal original petition fails and it is dismissed.
