ORDER

The petitioner has sought for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 18.02.2025, in and by which, the petitioner has offered patta lands belonging to the petitioner's college in exchange for Government lands situated at Survey No. 103/1, 103/2 of Konalai Village to an extent of 2.34 acres. The second respondent shall consider the said representation of the petitioner and pass final orders on the request for exchange, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

2. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
