O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by G.Selvi, who has lost her husband viz., Govindaraju on 15.12.2014, has applied for getting compassionate appointment.

2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the stage of admission itself.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents.

4.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has made a representation on 15.07.2015 to the first respondent and as there is no response, the petitioner has come to this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.In reply, learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has made a representation to the first respondent only on

15.07.2015 and without giving sufficient time, he has come to this Court, however, the plight of the petitioner may be considered, as she is a widow.

6.Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2015 and pass orders on merit and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
