This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to forward the complaint dated 08.01.2016 to the second respondent and further direct the second respondent to register an FIR upon the same and take action as per law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 08.01.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 16.03.2016 and a copy of the Closure Report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
