This petition has been filed to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioners for executing a bond under Section 110 Cr.P.C.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the Executive Magistrate has initiated proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C. against the petitioners and asked them to execute a bond. Aggrieved by the order, the petitioners have approached this Court for a direction not to harass. In the considered opinion of this Court, a direction as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
