ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 553 and 506(ii) I.P.C. in Crime No.108 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent.

3.The petitioner had misbehaved with the Police Officer. Therefore, this Court directed the petitioner to apologise in person to the Sub Inspector of Police, whom he insulted. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is residing in Chennai. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner undertook that the petitioner after executing the sureties, he would go straight to the respondent police and offer his apologise.

5.Recording the aforesaid undertaking, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate,Valliyoor and on his executing a bond for a sum https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
