ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 409 I.P.C., in Crime No.2133 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that co-accused were granted anticipatory bail on such conditions. The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner would deposit a sum of Rs.8,00,000/-(Rupees Eight Lakhs Only) directly in the branch of the concerned bank. 3.This deposit is without prejudice to his contenion that the petitioner is innocent. The petitioner can withdraw the said amount with interest, if he is acquitted on all the charges. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks four weeks time to deposit the said amount in two installments. This request is accepted.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Madurai, and executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for a period of seven days. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
