RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD) No. 6393 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.M.

ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 25.06.2020 and investigation is still pending. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.3807 of 2020 shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
