PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the Inspector of Police, Kalakad Police Station, Tirunelveli District to register the petitioner's complaint dated 12.04.2018 as an F.I.R.

ORDER
According to the petitioner, he made a complaint before the respondent police. But so far, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been enquired and during the enquiry, it is seen that the complaint is purely civil in nature. Therefore, the same was closed with an advise to the parties concerned to approach the concerned Court, seeking appropriate remedy.
3.In light of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court to work out his remedy.
