PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue a direction to transfer the investigation on the complaint dated 23.04.2022 to some other agency and to take appropriate action on the complaint made by the Petitioner within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation on the complaint dated 23.04.2022 to some other agency and to take appropriate action on the complaint made by the Petitioner within time stipulated by this Court.

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after registration of the First Information Report, investigation arise, as such transfer of complaint cannot be ordered.

3. In view of the same, the petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint before the jurisdiction police.
