This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register case and file final report in accordance with law in complaint dated 13.02.2016 pending before the respondents.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 13.02.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 10.03.2016 and a copy of the Closure Report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
