ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give necessary police protection to the petitioner for her peaceful and safe living at her residential house at Kallur Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukottai District. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has not cooperated with the enquiry. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry as and when required on receipt of the summons from the respondent.

4.In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the petitioner to co-operate with the enquiry on receipt of the summons issued by the respondent police and thereafter, the respondent police shall consider the petitioner's representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

17.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
