Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent herein to complete the investigation and file final report in accordance with law in Crime No.1 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Dindigul.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.1 of 2016, on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Dindigul.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.1 of 2016 and after completion of enquiry, the respondent police has closed the said complainant 'as action dropped'. He further submitted that Rcs notice had already been served on 04.06.2018 to the petitioner.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.sdie), this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
