For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. of 2021 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 354 A I.P.C and Section 92(d) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 in Crime No.253 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent police. 3.The case of the prosecution is that on 24.06.2021, the petitioner is said to have misbehaved with the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

5.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner misbehaved with the defacto complainant who is the deaf and dumb lady and hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Considering the serious nature of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
