RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.(MD).No. 6531 of 2020 while granting anticipatory bail to the Petitioners by the order dated 24.06.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MALAIKANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 11.07.2020 without fail.
