The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing 3rd & 4th respondent to survey the land in old S.No.34/D of Keelaiyur Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District and issue necessary patta in favour of the petitioner as per the document dated 13.01.1967 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued the third respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
