Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 9, 39 (1), 50 and 51(1) of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972, in Crime No.95 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is having seven previous cases similar in nature. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
