Respondents Prayer: Writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying for issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in P.D.No.81/2017 dated 22.11.2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu, namely, Rolis, aged about 29 years, S/o.Varghees, now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

(Order of the Court was made by S.Vimala,J.,) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.129, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department dated 12.01.2018, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked. Recording his submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
