ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.140 of 2016, dated 10.05.2016 on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same against the petitioner as illegal.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that in this case, investigation almost completed and the final report will be filed, within three weeks.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.140 of 2016 at this stage.

this Court to direct the respondent to complete the investigation within a time frame fixed by this Court.

5.Considering the submission made by both sides, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
