ORDER

Both the parties are present today and filed a joined compromise memo which is signed by both the parties and their respective counsels. The compromise memo is recorded and consequently, conviction and sentence passed by the III Additional District & Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in C.A.No.57 of 2018 and conviction and sentence passed by the Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court, Pattukottai in S.T.C.No.17 of 2016 are set aside and the accused is acquitted of the offence of which he is charged.

2. The respondent/complainant is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh only) which is deposited to the credit of Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Pattukottai.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of. NCC :
