Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESH KANNAN.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent No.1, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3581 of 2024, dated 11.03.2024.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein is aged about 73 years and hence, he is unable to appear before the respondent Police daily and thereby, he prayed to modify the said condition. 3.Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3581 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 am., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required.
