ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.163 of 2012 on the file of the second respondent dated 13.06.2017. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.163 of 2017 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 294 (b), 323, 324, 355, 354 and 506(ii) IPC and after completion of enquiry, the respondent police has closed the complainant 'as mistake of fact'.

3.The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.sdie), this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
