ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's application made online vide Application No. 65929083 dated 18.03.2025 and resubmitted on 17.06.2025. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already the appellate authority had already directed the concerned authority to consider the petitioner's application and pass order in accordance with law. Despite the time granted by the appellate authority, the application has not been disposed of till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel taking notice on behalf of the respondent would submit that they will pass final orders if some reasonable time is granted. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submitted that the matter is urgent. 4.I have considered the rival submissions made on either side and perused the material records of the case.

5.In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Pollution Control Board, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application bearing Application No.65929083 in accordance with law on its own merits within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a web copy of the order. The respondent shall act upon the web copy of this order without waiting for the certified copy of this order.
