ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 & 5 based on the petitioner's representation, dated 17.07.2014.

2.According to the petitioner, the fifth respondent police officer has forcibly took him to the police station and compelled him to give a cheque in favour of "M.R.Spark Tech Private Ltd., Chennai" and extract a cheque of Tamilnadu Merchantile Bank bearing No.635273 in favour of the said company.

3.Mr.KP.Krishna Doss, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5 would submit that the cheque bearing No.635273 has not been used by any person including the "M.R.Spark Tech Private Ltd., Chennai" and as such this petition has been filed vexatiously to harass the fifth respondent.

4.Even according to the petitioner, the cheque No.635273 was not used against him either by the "M.R.Spark Tech Private Ltd., Chennai" or by anybody else and further the cheque was said to have been snatched in the year 2015 and the cheque could not be presented after a period of three months.
