Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the Fair and Decretal Order dated 14.07.2022 passed in C.M.A.C.S.No.34 of 2020 on the file of Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, confirming the order of order in Thava No.1 of 2016-17 on the file of Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Cheranmahadevi, Dated 27.12.2017.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption " Extension of Time" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 31.07.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli in D.No.24033/2023, dated 21.12.2023 , seeking further extension of three months time for disposal of Case C.M.A.C.S.No.34 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of C.M.A.C.S.No.34 of 2020.

2. The learned Principal District Judge, Tiruneveli, sent a letter dated 21.12.2023, requesting extension of further time to dispose of C.M.A(CS)No.34 of 2020, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 31.07.2023. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above suit. Accordingly, three 2/3

months time is extended for disposing C.M.A(CS)No.34 of 2020 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
