ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent Police not to interfere into the civil subject matter in respect of the property situated in Survey No.641B1A, A.R.Ward No.8, T.S.No.4 to 98 measuring to the extent of 8 acres and 85.5 cents, Melapalayam Village, Tirunelveli City.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 21.03.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
