ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, directing the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner in pursuance of the complaint made by the second respondent to the first respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the complaint of the defacto complainant is still pending. He further submitted that the petitioner asked only to appear for enquiry. On the apprehension, the petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3.In response, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry and place all the materials to prove that the complaint is purely civil in nature.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions made by both the parties, this Court directs the petitioner to appear for the enquiry and place all the materials before the first respondent and directs the first respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of one https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the co-operation of the petitioner.
