ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a Mandamus to direct the respondent to vacate the TASMAC Shop bearing No.8113, situated in the petitioner's property in S.No.149/2, Naduvur, Marungulam Village, Thanjavur Taluk and District.
2.Mr.H.Arumugam, learned Standing Counsel appears for the respondent and submits that the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2022 will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks.
3.Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of by directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
