(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) Based on the allegation of illegal mining by the sixth respondent, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Mr.N.Manoharan, learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that there is no illegal mining as alleged by the petitioner and whatever activities undertaken by the sixth respondent is only based on permission granted by the competent authority. 3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is for the authorities to take remedial action, if there is any violation in the process of mining against one or other person. No costs.
