O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J) The petitioner is the father of the detenu, namely, Karthick, aged 19 years. It is averred in the affidavit that his son, went to Market on 17.11.2017 and thereafter, he did not return home. Hence, the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent police on 04.12.2017. However, since no effective steps have been taken to trace out the detenu, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the detenu has been produced by the respondent police. On enquiry, he has stated that since he had failed in the exams, the petitioner/father continuously scolded him and therefore, on his own volition, he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

left the parental home. However, today, he expressed his willingness to go along with the petitioner/father. 3.Since the detenu is not in the illegal custody of anyone and the willingness expressed by him to go along with the petitioner herein, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
