ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379 and 353 I.P.C. and Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, in Crime No.67 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent police.
3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had illegally transported two unit of sand by using Tipper Lorries with the help of JCB. Hence, the complaint.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
5.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has illegally transported two unit of sand and he is having three previous cases. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is having three previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
