Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to instruct the third respondent to register a case against the proposed accused based on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.05.2018 and conduct investigation in accordance with law.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, he made a complaint before the respondent police, against the proposed accused. But, so far, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been enquired and during the enquiry, it is found that the complaint given by the petitioner is false. Therefore, the same was closed. Thereafter, a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.109 of 2018 under Sections 294(b), 324, 506

(2) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had disputed that the enquiry was not conducted properly and requested this Court to interfere with the closure report filed by the respondent police before this Court and also seeks liberty to approach the concerned Magistrate to make his objections. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions made by both the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court, if he so advised.
