..Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned refusal check slip No.RFL/Chinnalapatti/11/2020 issued by the second respondent herein, dated 06.07.2020 and quash the same as illegal and direct the second respondent to register the sale deed presented before the second respondent office dated 04.07.2020.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned refusal check slip No.RFL/Chinnalapatti/11/2020 issued by the second respondent herein, dated 06.07.2020 and direct the second respondent to register the sale deed presented before the second respondent office dated 04.07.2020.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent registered the sale deed in document No. 1670 of 2020, dated 27.08.2020. Hence nothing survives for futher adjudication.
