This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate cor the respondent.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that on the complaint dated 05.03.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 16.03.2016 and a copy of the closure report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed. However, if there is any further disturbance to the petitioner from the proposed accused, liberty is given to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint and the same shall be enquired into.
