O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection for conducting the temple festival of Arulmighu Sri Sakthi Mariamman Kovil will be held on 08.04.2025 to 11.04.2025 and using the Loudspeaker at Kachaikatti South, Vadipatti, Madurai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2025.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration and the same will be considered favourably.

3.Considering the prayer of the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the 2nd respondent to grant permission to conduct temple festival of Arulmighu Sri Sakthi Mariamman Kovil at Kachaikatti South, Vadipatti, Madurai District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 19.03.2025 and dispose the petitioner's representation within a period of two days from the date of this order.
