ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu to produce his daughter, aged about 30 years, who is said to be in the illegal custody of the fourth respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after the filing of this petition, the detenu has been released and as the detenu is released, this application may be closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition and hence, the same is closed.
