ORDER
It is the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the fourth respondent is the wife of the petitioner. Due to matrimonial dispute, the petitioner has filed a divorce petition in I.D.O.P.No.198/2018 before the District Court, Nagercoil, seeking for divorce and summons were issued to the fourth respondent in the said IDOP. In the mean time, the fourth respondent has made a complaint aginst the petitioner. Resultingly, the third respondent has harassed the petitioner. Therefore, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
with the aforesaid prayer.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the complaint given by the fourth respondent has been referred to the District Legal Services Authority for conducting enquiry and after receiving report from the District Legal Services Authority, further action will be taken by the respondent police. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requests this Court that liberty may be granted to approach this Court, if necessary, at later stage.
4.In view of the aforesaid submissions made by both the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is for the petitioner to approach this Court, if necessary, at later point of time.
