PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.239/2024 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 15.03.2024 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392 of IPC @ 120B, 395, 397, 398 of IPC in Crime No.239 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 1/3

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is running a business, dealing with silver articles. On 08.03.2024, when he returned from Pudukottai with 7 kgs of silver in a two wheeler along with his friend, the accused persons have thrown chilly powder on the petitioner and robbed the silver. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and his name is not found in the First Information Report. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is involved in the following criminal cases:- S.No.
