The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the 3rd respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 31.01.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered in Crime No. 149 of 2016 for offences under Sections 379(NH), 294(b) and 506(i) IPC on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.01.2016.
