ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J.] This petitioner has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's son viz., Kumaravel, aged about 23 years, before this Court and set him at liberty. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is stated that in respect of the missing of the third respondent, already a complaint has been lodged before the Channarayanpattinam Police Station, Karnataka, where a case in Crime No.390 of 2017 has been registered on 02.12.2017.

3.Under the circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a case before Karnataka High Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the High Court of Karnataka.
