This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.22500 of 2023, dated 27.09.2023 has not been complied with.

2.Today(10.01.2025), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the order of this Court has been complied by a proceedings of the Tahsildar, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul in Na.Ka.No.1061/2022/A1, dated 09.01.2025. A copy of the proceedings is placed before this Court and also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since a negative order has been passed by the Tahsildar, Dindigul, 2/4

liberty may be granted to this petitioner to challenge the proceedings, dated 09.01.2025, in the manner known to law. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, this contempt petition is closed.
