ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to return the petitioner's ration card bearing No.29/G/0213344 to the petitioner, which was seized by the 2nd respondent on 22.09.2015.
2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents on instruction would submit that today the family card has been handed over to the petitioner. 3.Recording the same, this Writ petition is dismissed.
