To call for the records pertaining to the fair and decreetal order dated 21-11-2019 made R.C.A No.64 of 2018 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai)confirming the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.323 of 2017 in RCOP.No. 228 of 2016 dated 19-04-2018 on the file of the Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif,Madurai Town) and set aside the same.

CMP(MD) No.4974 of 2021 Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking orders for extension of two months time to comply with the order passed in CMP(MD).No.3762 of 2021 in CRP(MD). No.688 of 2021, dated 19.04.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that due to Pandemic situation, the petitioner is unable to give money and seeks two months further time. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that he is not having any objection but short time time may be given.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances and also the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant four weeks time from today.

5.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
