When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the criminal revision and he has also made an endorsement to that, which would run thus:- "In view of the present circumstances, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Cr.RC with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial court and to recall the warrant. Prayed accordingly."
