ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM,J.) This petition has been filed by the father, seeking production of his daughter, S.Nandhini, aged 17 years.

2.The second respondent has produced the daughter of the petitioner. She has been found in the company of third respondent and the third respondent has since been remanded to Judicial Custody in connection with Crime No.72 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent. Detenue informs of having left the parental home on being promised by third respondent that he would marry her. She now informs intent to go along with her parents, a course to which petitioner and his wife are agreeable.
