particularly, the third respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representations/objections dated 02.01.2018 and 26.01.2018 regarding the realignment of Ward No.4 of Thiruchuli Panchayat Union and pass appropriate orders, within a timeframe.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Raja Karthikeyan, learned counsel takes notice for respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.M.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the third respondent and submitted that the request made by the petitioner in his representation/objection dated 02.01.2018 was already considered and the same was rejected.
3. Mr.V.Meenakshisundaram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioner to challenge the order rejecting the request made by the petitioner.
4. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner, to challenge the order rejecting the representation/objection of the petitioner dated 02.01.2018, in accordance with law. No Costs.
