PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to fill all the vacancies of doctors and other staffs in the Ilayangudi Government Hospital by considering the petitioner representation dated 21.03.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

Heard Mr.N.Senthilnathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.The contention of the petitioner is that in Ilayangudi Government Hospital, there are no sufficient staff strength. When the people around Ilayangudi approach the hospital, they were told that the Doctors are unavailable. Hence, the people in that locality are put to great hardship. Hence, the petitioner made a detailed representation to the respondents to fill up the vacancies in the Government Hospital. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this present writ petition.

3.On perusing the entire affidavit and after hearing the submissions made by the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the contentions raised by the petitioner in this writ petition are general in nature and not supported by any materials. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. (J.N.B.,J.)
