ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to call for records pursuant to the FIR in Cr. No.52 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as ' Mistake of Fact', since no allegation is made out against the accused persons.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However the respondent police is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8172 of 2022 file the closure report as Mistake of fact before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
