PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent police to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein dated 16.05.2018 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

ORDER
According to the petitioner, he made a complaint against the proposed accused, alleging that the proposed accused has not settled the amount to the petitioner. But, so far, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the complaint has been enquired and the same was closed with an advise to the parties to approach the concerned Court, seeking appropriate remedy. A copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court. 3.In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is for the petitioner to approach the concerned Court to work out his remedy.
